  • Custom Report Bursting Solution –Developed an automated solution to deliver transaction-level reports from GL System (Epicor) combined Store-level financial reports from FCCS in a single e-mail to Store Managers
  • Driver-based P&L Planning – Configured Cloud Planning Financials module to provide robust driver-based planning inclusive of weekly Sales planning, monthly variable store expense planning and overhead expense planning
  • Employee-level Expense Planning – Configured Cloud Planning Workforce module to support Corporate employee-expense planning with custom bonus calculation


  • Streamlined the close process – Resulting in a shorter close cycle by utilizing FCC and Data Management for a SOX compliant, auditable, automated, and scalable solution
  • Reduced the reliance on the existing Microsoft Excel – Resulting in retiring large, complex Excel models and reduction in potential errors
  • Gained Efficiency – By reducing the number of manual steps required and enabled a solution with standard data inputs, calculations and reports to resulting an accurate & repeatable process
