1. Introduction

Automatically-collected information

We use cookies, log files, pixel tags, local storage objects and other tracking technologies to automatically collect information when users access or use the services or visit our Site, such as an IP address, general location information, domain name, page views, a date/time stamp, browser type, device type, device ID, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit URLs, operating system, language, clickstream data, and other information about the links clicked, features used, size of files uploaded, streamed or deleted, and similar device and usage information.

5. How We Use Your Data

Peloton will use your personal data to fulfil your request, provide you with the information you requested and/or send you marketing communications. If you have applied for a job at Peloton, you will be asked to submit information such as your name, contact details, information about your education and work history and any other background information that might be relevant for your application or that you choose to share with Peloton. If you do not provide this information to us, we might not be able to process your application.  Peloton may use data to evaluate and process your application and candidacy for the position to which you have applied. We may also use your information to analyze and improve our recruiting and onboarding processes as well as to communicate with you about Peloton events and to send you publications that we think may be of interest to you.

In addition to the rights as explained in this Privacy Policy, under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information (as defined in the statute) to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once a calendar year, information about the personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of personal information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared such personal information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in the current year will receive information about the prior year). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from or market to children under the age of 13

12. How You Can Access, Change and Delete Your Personal Data

We rely on you to update and correct your Personal Data.  Typically, we retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Please note that you can request, at any time, that we delete your Personal Data.  All requests must be directed to the contact in the “Contact Information” section below.  We can decide to delete your Personal Data if we believe that the data is incomplete, inaccurate, or that our continued use and storage are contrary to our obligations to other members, individuals, or third parties.  When we delete your Personal Data, it will be removed from our database or anonymized so that the data is no longer identified with you.
