Approach
Arco chose to implement Oracle WMS Cloud as its strategic platform for modernizing and standardizing warehouse logistics, alongside OCI IAM for access management and security. The project architecture was designed with a phased strategy by brand, allowing for progressive organizational change while ensuring stability during transitions. The first step was the MVP, which involved deploying Oracle WMS in one of the group’s distribution centers. The scope covered the main logistics processes: receiving with verification, guided smart storage, automated replenishment, cycle counting, and full physical inventory.
