About the Relationship

  • In early 2018, dissatisfied with their Big Four partner’s performance on a global project, the client reached out to TRI for help with support and stabilization.
  • TRI’s approach included deploying a lead consultant on-site in Arizona to work as an extension of the client’s internal IT team. This team was augmented with functional and technical expertise delivered during US business hours from TRI’s nearshore support group.
  • The scope included: Oracle EBS version 12.1.3 with Financials including Project Accounting and Fixed Assets, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Oracle SR Support, Report Development and Automation, Documentation, and the Quality and Engineering modules.
  • Over time TRI has evolved in to a key part of the client’s IT leadership brain trust and provides managed services that include tier 1, 2, and 3 break/fix support, report and code enhancements, patch management, training, strategic Oracle advice, and deployment guidance on existing projects.
  • Following stabilization activities, TRI worked closely with the client providing consulting and support on all Oracle global initiatives.
